A.A CO2 Reduction Certificate is a certificate that proves that the owner of the certificate has reduced Green House Gases.
Q.What is the differenct between a CO2 Reduction Certificate and a Carbon Offset Certificate ?
A.A CO2 REDUCTION CERTIFICATE proves that a certain amount of Emission Credits have been CANCELLED by the owner. On the other hand A CARBON OFFSET CERTIFICATE proves that a certain amount of Emission Credits have been RETIRED by the owner. Please refer to the question

Q.What is a Sub Certificate?
A.A Sub Certificate exists to divide an ordinary Certificate into smaller lots such as units of kilograms. A Sub Certificate will have a 14 digit ID ( Ordinary Certificates have 8 digit ) "*" mark on its weight.
Q.How is a Sub Certificate issued?
A.The following shows an easy flow describing the steps to how a Sub Certificate ends up in your hands.
1-(1) CO2 Reduction Projects are planned and executed.
1-(2) The "United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change" or UNFCCC will review and register this project and issue Emission Reduction Credits.
2. TCO2 will buy those credits
3. TCO2 will cancel these credits so that nobody can use them
4. TCO2 will issue one or more Sub Certificates to a Certificate Buyer
5. The Certificate Buyer will give or sell you a Sub Certificate
